Can i drink coffee while breast feeding ?

Mostly doctors recommend not to take caffeine while being breastfeeding mother. So if you can then you should avoid taking coffee. If you are having then you should just take a cup of coffee in a week not more than it. Rather than this maintain a proper diet to keep your body healthy and hydrated
