Can I change my daughter's name on her birth certificate? She is now 8 months old.

A. Mam that you will have to check with the department said they can tell you whether you can do it or not I think you can there is no problem but there will be an affidavit which you will have to get from the court for changing the name and then the name can be changed on the birth certificate a new one would be issued accordingly
