Can i add lil amount of salt and sugar in baby food my baby is 7 month old.

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. experts doesn't suggest to give baby salt and sugar till one year of age as these things will affect baby's organs as they are still on developing . try to give natural sweetener like fruits, dates etc
