Uma RamMom of 2 children5 months agoA. Hai good evening !! Yes you can give haldi milk in summers once a week is ok as daily might cause body heat so once or twice a week is fine. Turmeric milk helps in boosting immunity to prevent seasonal cold,cough ,fevers.
