Q.
Can eating banana and curd cause a cold ,cough and during fever? Is this a myth or true? Can I give it to my 8-month-old baby?

It is just a misconception if you give it directly from the refrigerator then can be a chance of catching cold of course but if you’re giving everything on room temperature not going to create a problem usually Indian tendency is eaten directly from the refrigerator whether it is fruit or curd but if you keep them on room temperature and eat it never creates a problem
