Can dahlia be given to 8 m old baby?if yes then how?

Of course you can give it to the child you can give it with milk you can make it in a semi liquid from two semisolid form whatever suits you the best whatever your child likes to have it you can make it salty and sweet both so salt you can use normally and for sweet you can use jaggery powder powder when you want to make it sweet
