can breastfeeding mothers drink mothers/women's Horlicks when the child is having diarrhoea?

Yes You can have all these drinks because Milk is not supposed to be given to the child when the child is having diarrhoea but since your child is only three or four months old as of now you can continue having whatever you want to but continue with medicines as well with for your child
