SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl7 months agoA. Upto six months, as a feeding mother avoid bakery items, mirchy masala items, cooling items and also consult your parents. If the breast milk quality is not good means you have to take your child to the hospital !! Hence eating of high calorific value foods and fibre foods and non veg of sea food items will give a healthy life to feeding mother and as well as baby.
