same happened to my baby one month after the shot, apparently need not do anything such reaction is normal is what I ve been told

it's normal further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the soljoution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for  more details if required . 
Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...

Yes it can it is a very common thing with BCG vaccination you can also see an infection building up into the affected area or any other part of the body which can be full of PUSS as well so it’s better to take care of that and if need to check with the paediatrician please
