Can a six month old baby use coconut milk in food?

Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby.

Once your baby completes 6 months you can add small amounts of good fats like homemade ghee, coconut oil to your child’s foods. Start with one new food at a time. Continue with breastfeeding.
