can a mother with fever breast feed her baby??

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. there is no problem in giving breast feeding to the child during the fever time but it is important that as a mother you should also take paracetamol and paracetamol can be taken maximum 4 times per day

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl3 years agoA. Yes Absolutely you can fever is not something which is contagious so it’s completely fine if you want to breastfeed your child while in fever I’m sure you must be taking your medicines also it’s not going to affect your child in general also
