Can a McDonald cervical stitch dissolve or fall out on its own? I was scheduled for removal of my cerclage today and my gynac couldn’t feel or see the stitch that was placed during 13 weeks of pregnancy

No the stitches actually done so that it is going to stay over there it does not dissolve on its own and if it had to dissolve the doctor would have told you prior that it is going to dissolve so I don’t think so it is possible for that if you want you can check with your doctor on that or wait for a while if a gynaecologist would be available they will be able to attend you shortly for that
