Q.

by 4 months of pregnancy 4 kgs weight gain has been done.Now onwards how much will be good for normal delivery.Currently is 74 kgs

A. A total weight gain of 5 kg minimum to 10 kg would be considered Goodyear already 74 so you have still scope of two or 3 kg so I’m going to advise you to eat in moderation maybe you have eaten a lot in these days which is why this could be happening
