i am 74 by now and currently in 5 th month what should be the ideal weight gain by 9 th month for normal delivery

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician6 months agoA. Usually an expected mother gains around 10 to 12 kg weight during 9 month abd in few cases more bit if you are gaining weight in fast pace then keep a check on your diet and talk to your gynaecologist about it
