Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. the first line of medicine for fever is paracetamol and if fever is not improving after 2 hours then only you have to give hire medicines but that also after medical consultation with the doctor like meftal p or ibugesic
