burning sensation in both breast not on nibbles after every feed .please tell me the reason

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal and it may be due to sire nipples and please massage your breast with coconut oil and lso give hot water compress massage. and use mamaearth nipple butter cream on your nipples. take care
