The weight is slightly on the lower side but if the child is active n alert don’t worry much
Make sure the child is given healthy diet
Include 2 fruits in a day in any form the child likes be it in form of juice or smoothie or whole food
Vegetables 3 katori per day.. if the child do not like to eat veggies you can purée and add the vegetables in the aata and make paratha or puri or roti out of it
Include paneer, eggs, milk in routine
Don’t give plain roti rice daal instead give roti rol, vegetables khichdi, pulao, sandhwiches, cheela, cutlets
Slowly the child would start eating also add ghee to food prepared
