Breastfeed mother ko kya khana chahiye or kya nehi please kindly share

A. Dear mum, as a breastfeeding mother, you should have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have adequate fluid intake. There is no restriction for food as such. Avoid processed, packaged foods for your own good health.
