Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy7 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Firstly, you should never boil your breast milk that is expressed and stored in the refrigerator. Please remember this definitely. Now coming to the storage when expressed milk is kept outside in the normal temperature. It stays good for around 3 to 5 hours, depending on the weather conditions. When refrigerated in air container, it stays good for longer duration again, depending on the weather conditions. It is advisable to check with your doctor for further guidance. Refrigerator expressed breastmilk should only be thawed before feeding your baby, good luck. Take care.
