breast feeding krate time one breast m pain hota hai bahut.. actually breastfeeding 34days bad start Kiya h chaild n...kya ye koi problem hai

A. hi agar pain sirf feeding krvate samay hi hota he to ye ek to cracked aur sore nipples k karan ho shkta he ya fir incorrect latching karan bhi ho shkta he to aap ye check kre ki bachcha thik se feeding le rha he ya nahi ,aapke breast ka jo aerola part he wo bachche k muh se pura dhanka hona chahiye. abhi k liye pain kum krne ya avoid krne k liye aap Babyhug nipple shield istemal kr shakte ho. agar ye problem cracked nipples ka he to aap nipcare cream laga shkte ho.
