block spots appearing in my face (jhaniyan) , kindly advise how it get removed

A. Dear try using mamaearths beetroot face wash as they are made of natural ingredients and is really effective for getting rid of dark black spots and reduces your acne marks too. I strongly recommend this.

A. hello you can try using mother sparsh or Moms co range of skin care product which can help and any concern it would be better to check with your dermatologist and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry
