above 3 years of age you can use fluoride containing kids toothpaste in rice grain size amount along with small and round head soft bristles toothbrush two times a day.

I recommend you to use mamaearth berry blast toothpaste. it is fluoride free and made up of aelo vera, stevia and xylitol.Babies and toddlers still prone to swallowing toothpaste; focuses on cavity prevention through natural agents. must try it. it really helps you
