Before reciting a rhyme I have taught my child to say I am going to recite a poem and then recite is the sentence correct

Q. Hi Doctor My baby was very social till 16 months, now we have shifted to a new place. He stopped smiling to unknown people and stopped responding to his name. Instead when we dictate a rhyme , he finishes the sentence, do actions for many rhymes which we taught him. The only thing I am concerned now is on he doesn't respond to his name . Is this something I should be worried ? should I consult a pediatrician?
