Q.

Before and during pregnancy, I used to have calf muscle pain only at the back of my legs. Now I am having pain at the back of my legs, starting from thighs to bottom of my leg. It's going to be 4 months since I delivered my baby. I'm continuing only iron and calcium tablets

A. you need to have daily oil massage for at least 5 to 7 days in a month and continue this for 3 to 4 months start syrup dashamoola rest 3 tbsp with equal quantity of water
