A. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Include carrots, beet roots, pomegranates, green leafy vegetables like spinach and amaranthus. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day.
