A. better to do yoga and exercises Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hello mom Now your baby is one year old so you should start doing exercise regularly it will help in losing belly fat. You have to do yoga regularly to get better results. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to get results fast. Also cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet
