A. Hello dear parent! Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family.
