backache hai , pregnancy ke 4 rth month mei .kamar mei kafi pain hai. Malis karane faydemand hoga.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist7 months agoA. The pain comes due to the pregnancy changes and also the lack of calcium and vitamin D . Not sure if the massage will help but don’t sleep on your belly if your pregnancy is more than 12 weeks.
