#babyhugasktheexpert hello docter ...my baby boy is 13 months old...he is not take solid food even he is take khichdi but not in solid ...khichdi ko bi grind karke khilana padta hai or suji ko bi grind karke khilana padta warna vomit karke sab nikal deta hai chawal ka ek dana bi ager khilana toh bi vomit kar deta h mash kiya hua banana bi nikal deta hai but ager khichdi or suji ko grind karke khilate hai toh kha leta h ..what I do plz help???

Introduce your baby gradually to solid foods. Once she accepts them (it might take some time), continue breastfeeding as often as before and add solids as your baby's appetite increases. A few bites once a day is enough in the beginning, but gradually increase.There are really two methods for transiting your baby to solid foods. The first method is to slightly thicken the purees you are giving them each week by simply not blending them as much. So you will go from a fine and silky puree to a chunky and thick puree in about a month or so.
