Q.

Baby woke up in the evening and has temperature as 101 F. My baby is 1 month old.

A. These kind of fever are usually Viral in nature . You must give paracetamol containing medicine to baby at 6 hourly for 1 day, if fever does come down to base line you must add meftal p syrup for that spike.you can do tepid sponging with Luke warm water.
