Q.

Baby running with 9th month .She is at weight of 7.6 kg.. She looks like some how lean compare to others babies.I am maintaining food track for app 2-3 hrs . morning : ragi malt n idli -2 mid morning: fruit lunch : cerelac or rice with dal mid afternoon: smashed vegetables night : cerlac or rice if any required i am adding healthy gravy in meal while or milk kindly suggest what i have missed .

A. hi, weight is good and in normal range.. Give three meal and one snack a day Continue Giving bm/fm in between and on demand. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli... Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, porridge, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form. Give wheat Dalia adding veggies. curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies.. You can add few drops of ghee and dry fruits Powder in each preparation to enhance nutritional value.

A. Thank u Mam. How about the salt and jaggery. Can i add salt .If ok which salt can i prefer jaggery - which jaaggery
