baby not eating anything from morning from morning little feverish wch syrup to give?

A. U Can give Calpol or paracetamol whatever you have available for fever you can give it to the child and you can repeat the dosage again after six hours of the fever is more than hundred degrees fahrenheit then you can also do cold sponging on the entire body
