@Dr Vaibhav might be she is not lactating enough or at all and has to keep baby on FM. And that's a pretty common issue as well.

Coming over to the question, FM causes vomit and many other issues initially when you starts because of digestion issues temporarily and every brand doesnt fit all, but if your baby have been on this from long and it started happening recently, then the reason might be something else. You need to consult a paedetrician in any case on if its infection or there is some other reason and they will assist you with advice as well as medication.
