Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. baby is now 14 months old so loose watery stools is considered normal in babies.
Some amount of foam is due to gas along with poop
u check for any foul smell or any change in color and consistency of poop.
If only loose stool u can give zinc drops Z and D drops 1ml once a day and satchets of Econorm/ enterogermina/syp darolac or any other probiotics for 3 days.
Give ORS fever with pain in abdomen if present can b due to infection n needs a doctor consult soon
