Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Is it diaper rash? Or heat rash ? The question is not very clear. If it is diaper rash, try using Sebamed Baby Rash Cream or any other diaper rash creams with zinc oxide in it over the affected areas. Try cleaning the diaper area with a cotton ball soaked in warm water and you can use a mild soap with low pH value and it should be made of natural ingredients and should be unscented and hypoallergenic. Pat the area dry and do not rub it. Leave the diaper area free without diaper for some time of the day.
