baby ko fvr h kl se..kl km tha paracetamol di he was fine fr raat ko fvr ho gya paracetamol di but 2-3 bje raat ko jada fvr ho gya..now he is not eating anything or drinking milk

A. dear mum fever and illness affects appetite if Breastfeeding then breastfeed frequently it helps in hydration nutrition comfort give frequent soft semi liquid foods ones which are preferred by the child like daliya, khichadi, thick soup seasonal fruits
