Don't worry much, I understand being a new mom we think alot but you are still recovering. let's come to the point now, for gassy stomach you can drink ajwayan ka pani whenever you are thirsty. keep a powder ready (jeera, ajwayan, kala namak and hing) whenever you eat something always take 1/4th tea spoon. It will definitely help. For nutrition, eat fruits, daal, vegetables, soups, avoid rajma, chhole, chana. Have milk and walk... walk is extremely important.
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello you should avoid gassy and spicy food in the diet as the intake of your food can affect the baby tummy and any concern it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide u accordingly which would be better and also safe as the child is small
