See One month is too much for a child to have lose motions you should stop giving milk to the child and switch to lactose free milk I don’t know how come your doctor didn’t tell you that milk increases the amount of diarrhoea so stop giving milk immediately continue with medicines if your doctor has advised any and make sure that you’re giving really good amount of banana and curd every day and good amount of water that if you do not see any good result within a weeks time or I thought that I would say 3 to 4 days then you can consult your doctor once again but lactose free milk is a must
