RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am you Have to give a balanced nutritional diet to your child in order to gain proper weight as per the age.. If needed consult a nutritionist regarding the same get a proper diet plan done for the child so at least your child gains proper weight as per the age
