NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello this can be due to dehydration just make sure the baby is getting sufficient milk and u can also use babyhug lipbalm which can help if the skin is dry and would be safe and absolutely nothing to worry about and not a program
