please once get clarity whether baby lips turned blue or black...
if it is balck, it may be pigmentation or dehydration but i listened from my coleague about her baby that if baby lips turnes bluish black and getting fever and vomitings repeatedly, it is a symptom of heart related issue.
Her baby has diagnosed for heart disease.

iam just saying this, not to neglect and consult a child doctor and explain neatly.

There is no connection in between all these things to do not get confuse the lips colour will also change over the period as of now you should just let it be the single completely natural over the period as the complexion will change it is also going to change
