Hi ,
Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

See it could be some dirt or allergy into the eyes of the child probably which is why it is ready you can clean the eyes with cold water every now and then like every 2 to 3 hours for better and faster Heli otherwise you should consult your doctor as wellWrite Your Answer Here
