Q.

Baby is pooping 5-6 times a day. Although motion is hard but having red strands in it. Are there any chances of having worms in the stomach?

A. Worms can be their redness could be due to blood in the motion maybe if it is hard motion or due to stomach infection without a proper checkup with difficult to say anything better have an assessment with your doctor regarding that
