Baby is passing continuous urine and sticky poo.. while having milk, in his stomach sound is coming like water flowing, even while pooing he makes sound...

A. It shows the sign of indigestion so talk to your Paediatrician on phone once and if the stools are watery frothy and foul smelling then consult your Paediatrician take care
