In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a propehir examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult youir doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Child is in a decent enough age to get a proper examination done so I would advise you to consult an ophthalmologist whatever the situation is the doctor will examine and can tell you because this which is difficult to say why your child is behaving like this
