baby is having on ad off fever antibiotics has started sir but she is having loss motion

A. this must be treated with proper medicines It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
