Baby is crying before passing urine or poop why?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. straining while passing urine and stool is very normal before completion of 6 months of age.
sometimes this can continue for fone year of age also.
it usually occurs due to the distention of the urinary bladder and rectum of the child.
the sensation is new for the child that's why the child is cryingf
if you feel that the crying is more than normal you should visit a pediatrician for examination.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. That’s a very normal thing to be seen so do not worry about it if you see the child is having any other discomfort then it would be a separate story otherwise passing poop and urine and crying and straining a little bit is very normal for a child
