A. not neeeded it is due to teething. there is itching, pain, drooling of saliva, swelling in the gums, oral finger insertion, irritability and crying during the teething process. with the help of your fingers you can press the gums of the child to decrease the pain as well as you can give a pacifier but it should be clean. you can give a cold cotton cloth to bite and press between the gums the child is crying xdue to pain then you canx give paracetamol which will also help in decreasing the pain long-term medicine are usually not advisable

A. Yes Of course it is going to be one of the safest medicines to be given to the child it really helps in easing down the process you can go ahead with giving four tablets three times in a day you just keep it in the mouth of the child and your child is going to take it on its own because it means as soon as you start putting it into the mouth
