baby is 24 days old and passing potty almost every 1 hour as per the image.... continuing with breast feeding... please suggest...

It It’s better that you once get a stool test done for your child to have for the clarity about it this looks a little weird to me though which is why I’m going to advise you to get a stool test and after consulting your paediatrician at least will be sure about that
