Baby is 2 years 5 months old.. He fell down and his tongue got injured slightly 2 days before... he had food normal till yesterday... Today he didn't even had a bite and was crying when keeping anything inside mouth... how to cure this and how many days will it takes to cure?

A. visit to near by pediatric Surgeon Hi , Dear parents, Kids need detailed and proper physical examination. So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment
